The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but we had no issues and the place was great. Opened all the screen doors to enjoy the wonderful breeze.

We spent a week in this condo and found it to be very nice. Plenty of room,inside and outside on the balconly . The full size kitchen was nice and we enjoyed using it in the mornings to fix breakfast before going out for the day. I really enjoyed the very big walkin shower in the master bedroom. The building itself was nice and well kept. Plenty of parking. Did not have time to use the pool, however the pool area was very nice. The location was pretty good, a nice grocery store about a mile from the hotel, and you can get just about anywhere in 15 minutes, depending on the time of day. All in all this condo is a very good deal, especially if you have 2 couples to share the expenses. I plan on going back!

This condo is nicely decorated
This condo is nicely decorated, very nicely priced and the balcony was very spacious. My family of five had plenty of room. The description says one bathroom but it's actually two (two bathrooms, only one bathtub but two showers), so that's a definite plus with five people. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and look over the town and watch people/traffic and weather. Any issues, which were very minimal, were quickly responded to and handled professionally. The owner had great communication and was a pleasure to deal with. If you're planning on staying in Colorado Springs, I would definitely recommend this place.

This property is very roomy with almost 1200 sq.ft. of space inside and sits on the corner with a wrap around patio on both sides. The living area has 5 sliding glass doors where you can spread out for meals or just enjoy the cool nights watching the city lights. Plenty of room to have company over for dinner. Full kitchen with everything you need. Just purchase your food at the store just down the street 2 miles and you are good to go. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms you can't go wrong. There is a sleep number bed in the master with a large shower connected for privacy. The smaller 2nd bedroom has 2 roomy daybeds with 2 trundles. I also have a couple of air mattresses if anyone wants to spread out somewhere else in the home. (including the patio!)
