Just newly remodeled this year (2016), our 4 bedroom 2 ½ bath with 2850 sq ft is ready for your family vacation, company event, or large get together.
This paradise location couldn’t be in a better location…. 5 mins or less to fast water, tons of dock space to jump off, swim, fish and park your boat or 2. The western exposure gives you the best sunsets and view of Mt. Diablo while cooking up a great dinner on the bbq or while sitting in the hot tub. Enjoy the outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for sunning during the day, eating that great meal or relaxing at night by the gas fire pit while making s’mores.
What about the inside:
Our open paradise is perfect for entertaining a family get together, or large group. Kitchen, dining and living area is all one. Couch alone seats 10 + and automatically by a push of a button can have those who can’t make it to bed, still be able to sleep comfortably on the couch. 75” Smart TV, with Netflix’s, Amazon Prime, Pandora and DVD player to watch that favorite movie or listen to your favorite station all on HD and surround-sound.
Extra large Kitchen with all new appliances. Fully stocked with everything you could ask for and maybe more. There are enough room for everyone to be in the kitchen and enough cooking utensils, dishes, glassware including wine glasses and pots and pans for an army. Dining seating at the large table can seat 12 and at the bar another 4. Folding table available and chairs for extra seating. You just need to bring what you are going to cook and eat.
#1. Master-Bedroom: (Sleeps 2 but room for air bed if needed) Master is up-stairs away from everything, all on its own with attached master bathroom. New King size pillow top bed, with the perfect mix of linens for your stay. 42” TV with cable.
Enjoy the private deck off the master bedroom and western view of Mt. Diablo and sunset.
Master bath has double sinks with beautiful Tustin marble shower and oversize bathtub.
#2 Queen Room- (Sleeps 2) Good size room with new Queen size pillow top bed. Mirrored closet doors
#3 Queen Bedroom- (Sleeps 2) Pottery Barn look with Full size bed. Bedroom looking out to the court yard with your own private entrance.
#4 Double Double Double Bedroom- (Sleeps 4 or more. Room for air bed if needed) Call it a Kid Room or just two double full size beds. Located at the front of the house up the 2nd set of stairs . Perfect for people that down want to hear those loud ones late at night or for all the kiddo’s too! Room for a blow up airbed too and then some. 32” TV with DVD player.
Downstairs Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1- Full Size with Tub-Shower combo.
Bathroom #2- ½ bath with Toilet and sink for overflow. Washer and gas dryer.
Wireless internet access available so you can sit out on the deck and enjoy the day.
Where to go and what to do?
Launch ramps are available at the Discovery Bay Marina or at Orwood Resort. Orwood and the Discovery Bay Marina (the boardwalk) has a great food. Minutes away from Safeway, CVS Drugs, McDonalds, Starbucks, and a few ATM’s. There is also the Valero gas state/mini mart on Discovery Bay Blvd, right in the heart of the Discovery Bay compound. Pizza available with a call to Round Table (in the Safeway parking lot) or Aladino’s Pizza on Riverlake and Discovery Bay Blvd.

P.S. If you do not have a boat and are looking to go out for the day? We can provide you an experience person to take you out on a Ski/Wakeboard boat for some fun out on the water. Learn how to ski, board or just want to go for a ride? Maybe pack a lunch or head over to Union Point or Bethel Island for some food, cocktails and fun. We can provide you a great day. If interested in booking in addition to the house.
