Minimum Stay3 nightsI stayed here with friends for my 30th birthday and had a great time. The pool was amazing and a life saver since it was so hot the weekend we stayed. Herbie and his mom were so nice and accommodating. The house has a lot of character and is such a great space. We will definitely stay here again the next time we want a weekend getaway.

The home sits on an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. lot with a second smaller home in the rear which is not included but could be leased for additional space if needed. There is plenty of yard separation and the small home has its own private entry.
The home has central air and heat, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, family room, dining room, kitchen, pool, California basement for storage, orange and avocado trees and much more. Small dog or cat 20lbs or less with pet fee of $95 per pet. Parking , two tandem spaces in the driveway.
