Minimum StayBeautiful, relaxing home in quiet neighborhood
My wife and I decided to rent this beautiful property for a quiet getaway instead of going to a Scottsdale area resort hotel. This turned out to be a great decision, because this home was the perfect spot for a vacation! The pool was comfortably warm and very private. The beds and furniture are really comfortable. The house was spotless! The neighborhood is flat and there is almost no traffic at all, which makes it a great place for using the bicycles that are in the garage. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a few minutes’ drive. When our rental time was up, we didn’t want to leave! The owner and his local manager were very helpful and easy to work with. This property certainly deserves a five-star review.

Relaxing vacation in comfortable home
We have stayed at this residence several times, and it never disappoints! The neighborhood is close to old town Scottsdale, hiking trails and tons of restaurants. The pool is clean and heated, with plenty of seating in the sun or shaded portion of the patio. House is comfortable, clean, and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely house with plenty of room
A big and roomy comfortable house with a small but lovely pool in a yard with a fragrant lemon tree and a patio with a table for lunch or dinners outside. There were two other eating areas inside. We favored the breakfast nook off the kitchen - but had the weather permitted we would had our meals outdoors. The master bedroom is very large and the house easily accommodates 6 people with room to spare. We were only three , working in the area, and it suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen equipment wasn't the newest - but everything was clean and in perfect working order. A lovely property with a thoughtful and considerate owner.

Great place for a stay in Scottsdale
This place was conveniently located and so conveniently set up that it made for a perfect place to stay. Four friends from college in AZ for a wedding. We had to be at multiple locations for the wedding weekend and this place was a great central location with access to the various sites we needed to find. The house has a great layout and was very conveniently stocked with towels and such. Deniz was very helpful, easy to work with and on the ready for suggestions or info about the house/area. His assistant Tina was also very responsive and helpful. Looked at a few options in the area and we were very happy we chose this one.
