Minimum StayQuaint and Charming! A bit of history to enjoy!
We so enjoyed this quaint and cozy cottage! In just a few minutes walk we were strolling by the Lake...and loved all the beautiful tall pine trees all around. It was nice to stay in a place where you don't have close neighbors...it was quiet and peaceful. Loved the 1930's doors and fireplace...nice to enjoy a bit of history! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck...just relaxing! Great getaway! The manager was very helpful and prompt with all our needs and questions. I would totally recommend this place...we will go back again!

Nestled in the tall pines of Pinetop/Lakeside, Arizona you will find a quaint cozy vacation rental know as the "Jackson Cottage". This privately owned home in a historic landmark built in 1931. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and modernized, yet the home still has the charm of the original wood floors, antique doors and furniture, a handcrafted fireplace and more. Rainbow Lake is only 5 blocks away. In less than a minute drive or a few minutes walk you can be fishing, boating or enjoying a leisurely stroll along the waters edge and the pier to feed the ducks. The Cottage sits on an acre corner lot in a part of town that is quiet and serene, surrounded with tall pines, oak trees and an apple orchard. You are only minutes away form many attractions yet secluded enough to enjoy a quite relaxing barbecue on the large backyard deck.
"Jackson Cottage" is only 5 blocks from Rainbow Lake in Pinetop/Lakeside Arizona. A short walk will bring you to the Marina on Rainbow Lake where you can fish, rent boats or launch your own boat at the Rainbow Lake Public Landing. Go Carting, Horseback Riding, Hiking, or just sitting on the deck to relax are some of the things your family can enjoy while staying at "Jackson Cottage'. Sunrise Ski Resort is only 27 miles away for winter sports like skiing and snowboarding. The casino is only 10 miles away for those who enjoy gambling. Several restaurants and antique shops are within minutes of the "Jackson Cottage". The elevation of Pinetop/Lakeside keeps the summer temperatures very cool and snow in the winter. There is cable TV and Hi Speed wireless internet in the cabin in case you need to keep in touch.
