The kitchen and main living areas have tile floors and the kitchen has granite countertops and backsplashes. All utensils are provided, including wine glasses, martini glasses and a martini shaker, to help you create a memorable dinner you can enjoy at the large kitchen table or on the patio. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen.
The main living area has a 40 inch LED TV with blue ray player. The compact stereo plays both CD's and ipods as well as having AM/FM radios stations.
