Fantastic month of Arizona sun in wonderful home!!
We spent the month of March in this rental home and loved it's layout, access to the 202, comfortable beds, closeness to the pool/whirlpool, lemon tree in yard, quiet gated neighborhood, patio/grill, and attentive owner. The home has everything you need in it for your stay. Close to Walmart, Target, Home Depot, a Harkin Theatre and tons of restaurants! We would rent this home again but the owner of this property is a realtor and he helped us purchase a townhome during our stay!!!! The owner of this property is very attentive and takes pride of ownership in his home. He greeted us with a plate of Baklava too!!

Great House, fabulous owner
We stayed here for the week of the Super Bowl. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Jacob was great to work with and left a bottle of wine for our arrival and brought over some fabulous baklava that his wife had made. The pool and hot tub are a very short walk away. Would stay here again. Thanks!!!

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE & CARING
We arrived at the property and met Jacob (the owner) at the property, he greeted us with a basket of fruits, chilled bottled water and a bottle of wine. The house was immaculate, one feels that he is in a 5 star hotel due to the neatness and how clean and welcoming this house is. We checked in and immediately went out to celebrate our vacation and the great decision that we had made in choosing this vacation home. So far, so good. The next day, we received a call from Jacob and he inquired how the stay is going and if we needed anything, he also asked if he could drop by for a few minutes. An hour later we greeted him at the home and he came with a tray of HOMEMADE BAKLAVA that was made fresh by his wife. What a treat, the best baklava we have ever tasted. The second week, we received another call from Jacob inquiring if everything was well and if we needed anything. My wife and I have traveled extensively over the years both in the U.S.A. and foreign countries; we have stayed in small little motels, Bed and Breakfast and 5 star hotels and I believe that this experience is probably amongst one of our top 2 or 3 greatest vacations. I recommend this vacation rental gladly and we will be returning in the near future.

The Home is located in a private and gated small community of Canyon Oaks easy access to San Tan Fwy (1/2 Mile) very close to shops, shopping and numerous restaurants on Gilbert Rd. and 202 Fwy (1 Mile) and San Tan Village (3Miles).
The home is fully furnished inside and out by Professional home decorator. Included in this 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home private backyard with BBQ and portable Fire pit. Full access and usage of the private community pool and hot jacuzzi with picnic tables. 2 Playgrounds in the community for children.
