The complex is located directly on the beach and shaped like an L. Enjoy magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Bay, Ole River and of course, the breathtaking Perdido Pass. Enjoy the boats, both large and small come in and out of the Gulf through the pass. Enjoy the spacious rooms throughout the condo. All decorated in upscale, modern and cheerful decor. The condo features, 9 foot ceilings, ceilings fans, a convenient wet bar, jetted tub in master bathroom and large walk in closet in master bedroom. Bring your fishing rod and fish from the rocks that line the pass and outline the beach are in front of our condo. The complex offers a large gulf front pool and also a heated indoor pool! Shopping and dining are located just across the street in the very popular San Roc Cay. Flora-Bama is just east of Grand Point and extremely convenient to all the special events being held there. Whether you're coming for a relaxing trip to lounge on the balcony and take in the views, or venture out on the island, you're sure to love it here.
