Overall, we were really pleased with the villa and would consider booking again in the future as we really loved the peace and beautiful views and the village of Uzumlu. We would definitely have a car for the full holiday though as it was a long walk to the village. Paul was really helpful and was always there if we needed him and the pool was well maintained.

The Lycian Coast offers everything that any holidaymaker could want with lovely beaches, all types of watersports, many good restaurants, historical sites and a range of shopping experiences. The villa is an ideal holiday venue for extended families with children or for larger groups of friends and is close to Dalaman Airport and Fethiye Town. The detached holiday villa can sleep up to 13 people in 5/6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 4 living rooms. The villa is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard and has a delightful fenced private pool and is surrounded by gardens. We have put particular emphasis on childrens needs with many games including a PlayStation 2 and table football; many pool accessories and an activity centre. There is a cot, bedrails, baby alarm, a food blender and a microwave steriliser and the large gardens contain a Turkish Kosk and a basketball hoop. The five bedrooms that will sleep 11 people are on the top two floors. The first floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite bath/shower room and sun terrace; another double bedroom with sun terrace; a twin bedroom with sun terrace and there is also a family bath/shower room. The top floor has a twin bedroom; a large double bedroom with a sun terrace and an additional single bed and a cot; there is also a toilet/shower room on this floor. Two more people can be accommodated in the ground floor second lounge which has two single sofa-beds and is close to a toilet/shower room. The self catering holiday villa is 45 minutes from Dalaman Airport, 20 minutes from Calis Beach and 30 minutes from Olu Deniz and Fethiye Town. The villa is close to Uzumlu village with shops, restaurants, wine bars and a thriving Friday market. Above the villa is the ancient Roman/Lycian city of Cadianda which can be reached in 15 minutes and is well worth a visit to see the amazing archaeology.

All 2 week bookings get free return transfers from Dalaman Airort. Cheap weekly rental for a car from GBP120 and a minibus from GBP225. Transfers from Dalaman Airport by car from GBP42 and by minibus from GBP60 each way. To book return a Booking Form with a 25% deposit and then pay the balance 8 weeks before arrival. Pay by cheque or bank transfer or use a secure PayPal portal to pay by Credit Card. A security deposit of GBP200 is required and is then repaid 7 days after your return. The rental start day and arrival and departure times and also length of stay are flexible and only depend upon other bookings. Welcome Packs are supplied and include short-term essentials. A weekly clean is included with fresh bed linen and towels and the pool and gardens are maintained regularly. The villa has a mobile telephone and wi-fi internet and we provide a large number of childrens essential items. Our agent will contact you and can arrange tours and excursions. The rates are for renting the whole villa with up to 5 people and there are no extra charges. Extra people, up to 13 in total, are charged at $6/night (high season) and $5/night (low season). The price includes Electricity, Water, Gas and Cleaning Costs.
