Beautiful property inside and out.
Clean, huge, unit. Comfortable beds, couch, nice size kitchen, great patio and nice water pressure in shower. Complex is very quiet only saw one more couple out of which appeared to be 5 units. Nice snacks available. My only complaint for us is the window coverings in Master bedroom weren't even close to filling the window from light. It would of been nice to of had darker options for sleeping well. Also sheer one in bathroom felt odd. But never the less there was lots of room. Wifi was slow and sometimes non existent at night. Good selection of cable channels. Not many restaurants close by, better to cook yourself as most was bar type food. It would be a great complex for children. To play on the gorgeous big beach and nic pool. Jacuzzi was nice and hot.

Best Family Vacation Ever
The pictures are spot on, very beautiful villa, beach and water. We all enjoyed our stay and we hated to leave. Vacationing with two teenagers, two mid twenty year olds and my husband and I can be a challenge but we all had a blast. Tom was so helpful in answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. This island is not for those who want constant excitement, clubs and tourist attractions, this is a place for relaxing and spending time with those you love. From my experience, plan, plan, plan ahead. Plan your meals and pack your own meat, the grocery stores are limited and costly but with proper planning it works out well unless you chose to dine out. I can not say enough how beautiful this island is, how friendly the locals are, how relaxing it can be and how wonderful it was to work with Tom. One note - rent a car so you can explore the island, you get a real feel for the people and their way of life.

Are you looking for a VACATION IN PARADISE? You won't find commercial venues (McDonalds, Subway, nightclubs) but you will find incredible local attractions and cuisine that is caught fresh that day.
There are no timeshare sales people, tourist traps or annoying sales presentations just beautiful white sand beaches. The property is just minutes from the airport. Once you clear customs, you are 15 minutes from your toes in the sand taking in breathtaking turquoise waters or relaxing overlooking the infinity pool.
The Exumas are pristine group of islands surrounded by amazing aqua blue water know for their beauty, fishing and mild temperatures The night sky, without city lights, is endless.
The property is family friendly and Georgetown is minutes away. North of the resort is a Greg Norman golf course at the Sandals Resort.
The local Bahamians are kind, courteous and respectful. The water is safe for drinking and the food and restaurants are excellent.

Georgetown is about a 45 minute plane ride from Miami International and Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours from Atlanta and 150 miles south of Nassau.
