You can drive to Jomtien Beach in less than ten minutes while Pattaya’s vibrant city centre is just a few minutes further. Tranquil surroundings and access to all the excitement you can handle is what makes this villa great. Surrounded by privacy walls, the villa is entered through the sliding gate onto a carport large enough for two cars. The lawns to your right and left have small trees and shrubs along their borders, while the patio and swimming pool are right beside the house. The wicker table and 4 chairs and sun loungers here are perfect for relaxing. An outdoor shower and shallow children’s area make this the ideal place for lazy days. The villa’s open plan interior opens onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted and offers all appliances, making cooking a pleasure. You can serve food either on the 8-place wooden dining table adjacent to the kitchen or out on the patio. In the lounge, you have 2 double sofas and flat-screen television for your enjoyment. The 3 bedrooms are modern in design and 2 of them have en-suite bathrooms. Your master bathroom is spacious, comfortable and bright due to the décor and large window facing your front garden. Its en-suite bathroom also has a bathtub for you to relax in. Sukhumvit, the main road in Pattaya, is only 500 metres. Any attraction you wish to visit can easily be reached. The Floating Market, huge shopping malls and international supermarkets are under ten minutes drive. You will also be within a twenty-five minute journey of an interesting Chinese Temple, the beautiful Nong Nooch Gardens and Silverlake Vineyard.

The centerpiece of your open-plan indoor area is the living space. Comfortably decorated with a recessed ceiling, two double sofas and a flat-screen television you can all relax comfortably here before deciding what the night will bring.

Everything you need for comfortable self-catering is in the modern fitted kitchen area. Cooking hobs which are built-in and ceramic worktops mean the preparation and cooking of snacks and meals is very satisfying.
