Situated on the 3rd floor with lift access & secure parking. The accommodation is presented to an extremely high standard and is equipped with an integrated air-conditioning & heating system. A double bedroom with views over the golf course and a twin bedroom with balcony & mountain views. Both bedrooms have fitted mirror wardrobes. The kitchen has a 4 plate ceramic hob, integrated appliances-grill/oven, washing machine & dishwasher, together with fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen table & all accessories. A bathroom with WC, bidet, bath/shower and a mirror over a large vanity unit. A lounge/diner includes a round table, sofa, easy chair, coffee tables, satellite T.V, DVD & HiFi. The terrace has a table and chairs offering views onto the golf course & towards the sea. A large communal pool with four sun beds and a store cupboard for storing cases & golf clubs.
Oliva Nova golf: Located just 500 metres from the hotel is the 18-hole Oliva Nova golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, with pitching and putting areas as well as a golf school. A handicap of 36 is required for ladies and gentlemen. As there are 25 matted bays, it’s possible to accommodate the requirements of individuals and those of visiting professionals with groups.
For a short game, head to the five-hole, par three course. With holes ranging from 50 to 90 metres, this is the ideal environment in which to improve the pitch, chip and putting areas of your game. At the golf school, there is a multilingual team of professionals offering tuition to all levels of golfer from beginners to the low-handicap player. Offering some of the latest technology in video-assisted teaching, Oliva Nova Golf will ensure you leave with an improved game. There are other courses nearby at La Sella, Javea.
