Living here you will be only 100mts. from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, so that you can enjoy either the calm of this place in the heart of the old town, or the bustle of "El Carmen", one of the best restaurants and typical pubs area where you can go by walking for three minutes.
The apartment is new, very sunny (air conditioned) and it has everything you may need to make your stay really comfortable.
