Within a short walk of the Arenal beach with a whole host of bars restaurants and shops. A short distance to the north are the two other areas of Javea, the picturesque historic old town and the busy port area, with its shops, bars, restaurants and marina.
Entrance to the apartment block is through a locked automatic gate. There are ample parking spaces within this gated area, although because of its close proximity to the Arenal area of Javea, a car, although useful to explore the area, is not essential. The apartment is situated on the second floor at the end of the block.
Entrance to the apartment is into a lounge/ dining and kitchen area. Although this apartment block is one of the older blocks in this area of Javea it has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, including a new bathroom and kitchen. There is a balcony off the kitchen area and also a balcony terrace off the main bedroom. There are three bedrooms. One double with double bed, one double with twin beds, and one with a single bed. A cami bed can be provided to accommodate six persons.
From the main bedroom the balcony terrace has a view of the the sea about 100m away.
There is no swimming pool in this complex but its proximity to rocky coves and the sandy beach of the arenal mote than makes up for it.
