The rear door leads into a utility room and through the kitchen to a lounge dining room with pation doors opening onto a large south facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, with small private swimming pool and lovely views to the mountains. At the base of the staircase is a toilet. The stairs to the first floor take you to the three bedrooms, two with twin beds and a main bedroom with a double bed. Between the two twin bedded rooms is a shower room and toilet and there is an en-suite bathroom attached to the main bedroom. Casa Samantha is fully equipped for up to six people.
The communal pool is a short distance away and has a locked gate access.
