Great value for the price
My family (wife and 3 kids) and I took a short break to Barcelona during the Constitution Bridge and stayed in this apartment. The location is unbeatable, with a Mercadona next door and the Rocafort metro stop 100 meters from the apartment. This allows you to move around the city with much comfort. In the apartment there is everything from frying pans, hangers and iron to sheets and towels. The only negative point is that the decor is quite simple, but the price and experience were perfect so we could not fault it.

Comfortable stay in Barcelona
I stayed in Rocafort 11 in early October 2016 with my friends and we were totally comfortable and loved the apartment. We had the supermarket downstairs and metro/bus station close by. Lina and her colleagues were helpful and made sure we had everything during our stay. They provided us with a map of local bars/restaurants which helped a lot too. The apartment is quite basic but it's well equipped for a group of friends came to explore Barcelona, we basically needed clean beds, towels and WIFI. Good quality/price!

Awesome location
We planned our trip with the whole family (grandpas+kids...) and we couldn't have asked for anything better. For starters: close to aerobus station in Gran Via, witin walkng distance to plaza de España and main city areas. Supermarket right next door and very friendly neighborhood. Heating system worked great during the nights. Our only regret? That we had to leave so early!

The apartment Rocafort 11 is located in the building with elevator in Left Eixample neighborhood, close by Plaza Espanya and Sant Antoni neighborhood. Both these neighborhoods are well connected with city's other locations and have great infrastructure.
You will quickly get to Plaza Espanya and Fira Barcelona by foot, or to the city centre within a few metro stops. Grocery shopping in this apartment is made easy thanks to the Mercadona supermarket next door and other smaller shops in the area. If you'd like to get farmer's veggies you could reach Sant Antoni or Ninot grocery markets on foot.
Shopping lovers will find their paradise in Arenas commercial centre on Plaza Espanya while professionals attending events would be delighted to find Fira Barcelona within walking reach.
Families or couples will enjoy this neighborhood peaceful and relaxed residential atmosphere, with a very high quote of locals living in the area. In this neighborhood, you will sleep tight at night which will guarantee you're fully recharged to explore the city during the day.
