The living room communicates with the dining area and in between the two rooms you have a lovely two sided fireplace. The living room has three large glass doors opening to the large terrace outside.
The dining room is furnished with a large wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people. On one side of the room are the stairs that take you to the upper library that goes all the way to the living room. Two large glass doors open onto the main terrace.
Ground floor you have three large bedrooms, all ensuite.
Master bedroom is next to the living room, has a king size bed (180x200cm), two dressing rooms, ensuite bathroom with double sink, modern bathtub and separate walk-in shower. Master bedroom also has two large glass doors opening to the main terrace.
Second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (105x200cm), is very luminous thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the porch and has fully fitted ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Third bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm), a small dressing and ensuite bathroom with shower cabin.
The other three bedrooms are upstairs where you have two large terraces with amazing views.
Fourth bedroom is furnished with a 200x200cm futon, and has large doors leading to the south facing terrace with sea views.
Fifth bedroom upstairs has two single beds (90x190cm), wardrobe and shares a well equipped bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
Sixth bedroom upstairs, or the service bedroom has a single bed (90x190cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower.
A spacious kitchen is located ground floor, and is equipped with all appliances and utensils that you may need during your stay: oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, water kettle.
In the kitchen you also have a dining area with a large dining table, and also a lounge area with a comfortable sofa placed in front of a flat screen TV. Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
~ Terrace&Garden
Besides the two large terraces upstairs (27m2 each) that offer you beautiful sea views, you have the main ground floor spacious terrace (118m2) with access from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and also two of the bedrooms. The terrace hosts several lounge and dining areas and enjoys gorgeous views over the garden and the infinity pool.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful manicured garden with exotic palm trees, oleanders and ancient olive trees.
The pool area and the pool house are very special. The infinity pool has beautiful lights that can change color and by night it makes an incredible show combined with the sound of water flowing over the edge. The pool house next to the pool hosts a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and pool views, a Turkish bath and a separate bathroom with shower. This is the best place to be on a hot summer night.
There is also a built-in BBQ available on one side of the house, next to the utility room and kitchen.
