Cannot speak highly enough of the villa and the stay. Villa was kept in exceptional condition, in large part due to the live-in helper, who stayed next door and was extremely helpful 24/7. All the amenities are as advertised and the villa is walking distance to the port. The landlord, Steve, was fantastic, organizing our transport from the airport to the villa, checked in on us daily and assisted us with anything we needed. No complaints, great experience and memorable holiday.

Couldn't have picked a better place
Let's get the bad points out of the way. There weren't any. We were a party of 6 adults and a small child. We were met at the airport and taken to the villa. Steve was there to show us how everything worked and then took us for a drive around the area and to the supermarket. Razil lives on the premises and came in every day to tidy up and take care of anything we needed. The villa is exactly as described, no nasty surprises. We had planned a lot of days out but in reality enjoyed the villa so much most of our time was spent around the pool We had use of a seven seated people carrier which saved renting a couple of cars. The local area has some great eating places within walking distance and Puerto Banus is only a 5 minute drive. We loved our stay and Steve and Razil did everything to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable. We will have no hesitation in returning . Thanks guys!

Great Holiday
We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children (3 generations) the house were perfectly living up to expectations which was set high as we have had numerus conversations with the owner prior to our booking, as this Holiday should be perfect. The location was quite but close to all what we needed, city, beach and well suited for our running fantic children. The garden with a great BBQ area worked perfect for us, as the children could use the pool and jacuzzi during lunch and dinners. All in all, the will worked perfect for us, and we hope to come back to enjoy our stay in south of Spain.

With spectacular views of the sea and nearby mountains, and with Puerto Banus a 15 minute walk away, the villa is superbly located. Nestled on a hill in the exclusive Nueva Andalucia area, it is also surrounded by five of the top golf courses in the region. Marbella is a 10 minute drive away, Malaga can be reached in just under 40 minutes. With 4 double en-suite bedrooms, the house sleeps up to 8 guests. The large south west facing terrace benefits from sun 7am to 7pm and includes an exterior covered BBQ area with 8 person dining table, a heated swimming pool with ‘swim-jet’, outdoor bar, sun loungers and parasols, all overlooking the luscious and exclusive Marbella Hills and the Mediterranean sea. Below the decked terrace, the gardens are mature and well maintained with a double gated entrance to a large courtyard which offers parking for 4 cars plus a covered garage for a further 2 cars. There is also a maids quarter, with a live-in housekeeper.
