The living room is big, has a fireplace, leather couch, big table and plasma TV.
The kitchen has a build in microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, american fridge along with polished granite work top to complete that luxury feeling. Next to the kitchen is a big second workplace with granite work top with a fully fitted wardrobe with washing machine and dryer.
The villa has an entrance with a fully automatic door were there is a space for 4 cars.
There are 3 big terraces. One is connecting with the kitchen and living room and you will find here the swimming pool and is about 100 square meters. The second terrace is on the first floor of the house with a big BBQ place and is 60 meters and has a wonderful view towards the sea. The third terrace is next to the BBQ terrace and is 40 meters.
There is an alarm system in the house for extra security.
