Another guest toilet. All rooms open onto the terrace surrounding the pool, with large panoramic windows, maximizing the spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea. On this floor, there is also a garage, which is only used as apantry and not for parking cars. Ground floor, and connected by the interior (there are stairs and an elevator), has three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds and the last one with double bed, en suite bathroom / shower). Another bathroom with shower, lounge with satellite TV (Sky), a dining room, bar and kitchenette. It also has laundry room.
