It is less than 10 minutes to all the major sights. Within a 5 minute walk are 5 restaurants, a golf driving range, mountain trails, a century tram line to the village center or to the beach, bus stop, bakery, butcher and a grocery store. The villa with 240 m2 is surrounded by 800m2 of a cared garden, a private pool, a big BBQ area, a relaxing terrace, and open air outdoor covered lounge area. Inside are a large living room, where we can admire the mountain range view, has fireplace, AC, a 32” TV, cable TV, DVD, Net computer, wireless Net, stereo and direct access to the terrace. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with suite bathrooms, AC and TV, a common bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a games room whit many entertainment and fitness area.
Beach and Sea: - Praia das Maçãs
7 Kms away. Fine sandy beach whit several bars and seafood restaurants by the sea. You can also enjoy an enormous salt water pool, with showers, changing rooms, tenis courts, playground and night club. Small market for fruit, vegetables and fresh fish.

6 Kms away. Long sandy beach of the sea a little choppy, ideal for the practice of surf, bodyboard, longboard and skysurf with several schools. Several restaurants, bars and terraces.
- Azenhas do Mar
8 Kms away. Small village situade in a pictureque valley, whit its white houses built in North slope, is one of the most appreciated and interesting beaches, whit swimming pools dug into the rock.
