It also has a sun deck terrace on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a fire place and with a dining area.
You can also have your meals in the garden, in an appropriate area, under the terrace shadow. It has a grill by the garden
Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.
Upstairs there are the three bedrooms, all with windows overlooking the terrace and another full bathroom.
The house also has a parking lot inside the condominium
The outdoor area of the condominium is very spacious and children can also play there.
In a quiet and protected area of the condominium there is a large and spacious pool (14m x 7m)
Near the house, you can enjoy the beaches of Meco and Lagoa de Albufeira, and the vast and dense forest that surrounds the Lagoa de Albufeira. There are some places for bird watching.
Meco Beach or Low Mill is the most known beach, with long sandy, large parking areas, excellent restaurants, blue flag and life guards.
Lagoa de Albufeira beach is very well known for its kitesurfing support and schools.
Towards Sesimbra, you can also visit Cape Espichel with his monumental collection of the Shrine of the eighteenth century, the great cliffs, hiking, rare flora, the lighthouse and the footprints of dinaussaurios.
In Sesimbra, the medieval castle is the perfect place to visit as well as the picturesque village of Sesimbra, a former fishing village, its marginal, with many restaurants and bars and the Fort in the town center as well as the urban beaches.
You can also visit the village of Azeitão, with its wineries, its delicious cheese and wonderful sweets.
Serra da Arrábida (Arrábida hill) is also a place to visit not only for the nature but also the beaches. And a little further, in Setubal, you can have a catamaran tour in Sado River to watch the dolphins
