Minimum Staytop quality apartment with excellent location
We stayed with 8 guys in the Sao Paulo apartment for the weekend. Very stylish place with nice high ceilings, lovely view and very spacious. Location couldn't be better: quiet surroundings but only a walk away from the bars, restaurants, main train/metro hub. The landlords, Sergio & Suzana, were great - they helped us with restaurants, places to go, surf spots etc. Makes life a lot easier when you are just coming over for the weekend. Definitely value for money.

Met by Suzanna who was very helpful in suggesting places to visit The flat was spacious clean and very well equipped The location was very well served by public transport both within Lisbon and it's environs Take precautions against Mosquitos Will definitely come again

A very classy apartment in the historic Chiado are
My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful week in Lisbon. Our apartment was bright, spacious and the decor was elegant. The lounge, kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities are comprehensively catered for. The apartment is in a super location, nearby the vibrant Chiado/Bairro alto areas and train/metro stations. Best of all was the friendly welcome and the genuine service and valuable information on Lisbon provided by the owners, Sergio & Susana.

Better than it looks in the listing
We were absolutely amazed with this apartment. Its in centre of the old part of town, but its such a lovely place and really well done up... the kind of place it would be a dream to live in. All the techy stuff my husband and kids love - big flatscreen tv, cable, wifi. And the stuff that I loved... beautifully decorated, high ceilings, big windows out onto the square, with the lovely church. We had a brilliant time here. Warm and cozy
warm flat, by Lisbon standards. Nice modern finishings. Great location close to Chiado and metro. A few local restaurants that serve big fat steaks and bean stews. Lively but still authentic. Quickly gentrifying though.

This elegant, spacious, sunny apartment has modern comforts though it is in a period building in historic Lisbon. Tall ceilings, abundant light through lovely tall windows which look out to small verandas overlooking the Praca de Sao Paulo, a beautiful square with a church. Its located very close to the river and the charming districts of Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama, and Baixa.
Within 2 minutes walk, be at the river, metro/underground, Lisbons largest market, train to Estoril/Cascais, several supermarkets and various restaurants and cafes. Within 5 minutes walk be in Chiado, Bairro Alto, Praca do Comercio, theatres, elegant shops, viewpoints over historic Lisbon and the castle.
This is a beautifully restored apartment, with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 10. All areas have high ceiling (about 3.2 meters), and the living room and one bedroom have ornate stucco on the ceiling. Lots of sunlight as it faces west to the church. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and open to the dining area providing an excellent large space to enjoy or entertain. 2 WCs with shower including a bathtub. The living room has an excellent brand new sofabed allowing a comfortable sleep for 2.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning throughout for heating or cooling, has free interent (wifi or ethernet) and cable with international channels through a brand new LED HD Sony TV. The kitchen has all new appliances. The apartment has recently been fully renovated and decorated to very elegant style.
It is on a 1st floor (no lift). No smoking, please.
The apartment is privately owned by us, a professional couple with a few apartments we have done up ourselves and take great pride and happiness in making available to guests. We will receive you personally and show you around and how everything works, point you in the direction of places you want to visit, and tell you about the neighborhood.
So that youre ready to go when you arrive, weve got a few "starters" in the kitchen... salt, olive oil, vinegar, bottle of water, etc. But there is a supermarket literally across the street open till late every day (with fresh bread).
