House with 2 floors. In the first one there are 2 rooms (1 with 2 individual beds, 1 with 4 individual beds); 1 living room with fireplace; 1 kitchen fully equipped and 2 bathrooms. In the 2nd floor the space is fully open with 3 working tables, couches and little library.
From the kitchen we can see the lake where the space to swimm is separated from the space of the plants that keep the water in perfect conditions.
The land around has approximately 6000 m, has many (thought young) and different trees, a little orchard (apples and pears in summer), 2 little wooden garden houses. There is a barbecue and a wooden oven. There is a wall around the all property and 2 gates. There is place to park 2 or 3 cars.
