The balcony and ocean view are the apartment's strong points, where you can have your meal while you enjoy the ocean view from the mouth of Tagus River to Cape Espichel, 20 km south. The pictures “speak” for themselves.
The T1 typology allows up to 4 guests (room – double bed; living room – twin / double bed). The kitchenette is equipped with stove, microwave, fridge (w/ mini freezer) and a dishwashing machine. For your comfort, we also have washing machine, led tv, hi-fi system and free wireless.
The access to the apartment is very simple, because it´s located literally 1 minute away from train station (Lisbon – Cascais Line). One minute is approximately the time necessary to cross the parking lot, located in the building´s backside, so there are a lot of places to park your car if your choice relies on this vehicle. We will be very glad to help you to choose the mean of transport which fits best on your holiday plans, we can help you with train schedules, taxi prices, or rent-a-car, just contact us.

Paço de Arcos is an ancient and very quiet village which has been completely renewed in the last years, becoming increasingly more focused on tourism, and above all it became a gastronomical reference, due to the existence of a dozen high quality restaurants. In fact, in a radius of 1km, you will find restaurants with different specialities, such as: seafood, typical Portuguese, Italian, eastern, etc.
Despite the proximity to Lisbon, Cascais, or even Sintra, in a radius of 10 minutes by foot, you will find the Passeio Maritimo Oeiras (4km side by side with the sea, between Oeiras Marina, and Paço de Arcos beach), Parque dos Poetas (park), Paço de Arcos beach, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, typical market, supermarkets, mall (w/ cinema), and a lot other points of interest.
The Estoril/Cascais coastline is known worldwide for its climate and weather conditions for the practice of sports. Though, you can practice sports in your holydays, like golf (7 golf courses with 18 holes in a radius of 25km), tenis, sailing, surf, wind/kitesurf, jogging, etc. Because of the excellent conditions, there are several events running all year long.
