The views of the ocean and of the Sintra Mountains are absolutely breathtaking. Adjacent to the villa is a patio where meals and drinks can be taken. The entrance of the house also has a porch. There is ample parking space and a garage where surfing or sailing equipment can be stored if needed. There are three houses on the property: the villa, the owner's home and the cottage. Each house is seperate with its own parking area and entrance, and there is considerable space between each house so that there is complete privacy. The location is excellent: 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to Cascais, 15 minutes to Sintra and 35 to Lisbon. Also Guincho is a good base for day-excursions to Obidos, Evora, Arrabida, etc. The owner's are almost always on hand, and they are delighted to suggest ways in which your Portuguese holiday can be delightful in every way. Rental during high season for the villa is between 110 and 140 euros, discounts fora minimum of a week. The cottage is between 90 and 110 per night, discount for week. Shoulder and low season rates are obviously lower and can be discussed.
