The villa has a large plot with a big lawned area perfect for kids to play and run around safely. The garden has very large pine trees decades old that provide a nice refreshing shade for when the Sun gets too hot.
The swimming pool is 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and has a shallow rounded end that is great for the younger children to play. It has a fence with a kids proof lock for added security.
It has an outdoor charcoal BBQ and plenty of seating (14+) and tables for alfresco dining.
On the inside, all the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with shower, air conditioned throughout except on the basement. The villa has huge glass windows in the living room, dining room and stairs so there is always a glorious natural lighting through the day.
The room configuration is:
1st floor - bedroom 1 - double bed
1st floor - bedroom 2 - 2 single beds
1st floor - bedroom 3 - double bed
Ground floor - bedroom 4 - double bed
Ground floor - bedroom 5 - double bed
Basement - bedroom 6 - 2 twins
Basement - bedroom 7 - 2 twins
The basement rooms have their own en-suite bathroom just like the other bedrooms, they don't have direct sunlight but they do have windows to the games room and as such Sunlight coming from the windows in the basement. This house is a 5 bedroom + 2, ideally suited for 10 persons but can accommodate 14+ if the guests do not mind the bedrooms being in the basement.
The asking price already reflects the fact that these rooms are not "normal" rooms.
