It is well-furnished to a high-standard and is fully air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available free. You can enjoy watching Free SKY Sports and SKY Movies in SKY Plus TV.It comprises a BBQ/dining patio overlooking the large 15m by 6m pool, situated just five paces away from the villa. The kitchen is well-equipped with excellent Bosche fittings and facilities to cook food. The holiday rental villa is just 900 yards to three fantasic golf clubhouses (Victoria, Millennium and Laguna) and a few minutes of drive to the marina area and its nearby beaches. Overlooking the 11th hole of the Millennium Golf course, it is good for those who have passion for golf. Entry will lead you to a large open dining area a solid wooden dining table with 8 leather seats and fresh 3 leather seater, a large armchair and 2 seater. A large LCD TV with a DVD player and SKY connection. SWIMMING POOL It is a large pool, 15m by 6m and shared with other surrounding residents who rarely use it. There are four sun beds exclusively for guests and we offer two communal beds as well. The house is situated at the end of the complex, so there is only one neighbor. A lot of space is available facing the pool which is just five paces away from the terrace. We are only a very short drive or taxi to the Marina and beaches and there is a tourist road train which passes at the end of the road every 25 minutes which can take you to all of the beaches and Marina and back during the tourist season. There is a supermarket within close walking distance.
