The nearest village (Odiaxere) is 2.5kms away but there is an excellent restaurant within walking distance (500m) from the house. The property consists of the main house with 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8), a self-contained cottage with 2 bedrooms (sleeping 6) and a separate gamesroom with shower room, bunk beds and double sofabed (ideal for children or young adults). The house is available to rent on its own, although the cottage would not then be rented out to another party and in this case, a discount could be offered. Each of the three 'units' have their own entrance thus ensuring privacy for everyone, but with the huge terrace and outside living/dining area, there is plenty of space to get together and 'hang out'! On the lower terrace there is a garden and playground, gated, heated pool and 6 seater jacuzzi.
