Bathrooms: two bathrooms are en-suite. Master suite with bath/shower over, bidet, basin with marble surround and Wc. En-suite shower room to bedroom 2 with sink and toilet. Bathroom 3 located next to 3rd bedroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Kitchen: Fully tiled and fitted kitchen with black granite work surfaces and integrated stainless steel appliances with oven, microwave, 4 burner hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, roaster, espresso machine. Doors to terrace with barbeque.
Utility Room: Boiler, cleaning equipment and storage. Iron-board , iron and drying rack.
Living Rooms: A spacious open plan reception living room with terrace and beautiful country-coast views. Comfortable garden furniture on the terrace. Living room with two sofas (seating for 6) and dining area (seating for 6). Satellite Tv and Dvd player.
Other: Beautiful country views with the sea on the horizon from both bedroom terraces. The stairs can be fitted with a gate for security of your toddler.
