This accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor and is an end unit which was originally the Show House for the urbanisation. The front terrace overlooks the pool and beautiful garden area. There is a further terrace at the back which enables you to watch the sun rise and set. There is underground parking, electrical controlled blinds for all windows and patio doors, as well as double glazing throughout.

The Dining Area has seating for 6 and there are Patio Doors leading to the Terrace where there are outside chairs and a table for Al-Fresco eating. Bedroom 2 has Twin Beds, large built in wardrobe and patio doors leading to the terrace which overlooks the pool/garden area. Separate Bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet, wc and mirrored unit. Fans are supplied for the Lounge and Bedrooms.
