Air-Conditioning/Heating + Central Vacuuming System throughout. Sky TV, Portuguese Channels also available,PS2, PS3 + Games for both, DVD,+ VCR with films and as an added incentive we have recently installed WI FI and added a Docking Station for an I-Phone or IPAD. 2 bedrooms: 1 twin + 1 double with king sized bed, dressing room and cushioned sofabed. The bathroom is situated in the spacious hallway between the 2 bedrooms. Cloakroom. Large living/dining room with table/chairs for 6 people (extra seating available by using outside chairs), L-shaped sofabed, large wall unit + sideboard,ceiling fan & wood burner. An archway leads to a small conservatory with 2 easy chairs, coffee table & book library for both adult & children.. Fully equipped/ fitted kitchen. Utility room complete with brush/pan, mop/bucket, iron/ironing board, laundry basket/pegs, beach chairs/towels/buckets/spades/balls & toys. Outside patio furniture with sun canopy, sun umbrella & 2 barbecues (gas + portable) for al fresco eating. Exterior lock up storage.
The air-conditioning units also provide heating. Starter Pack provided at no extra cost for late arrivals. There is also no extra charge for the use of the cot + all associated bedding, highchair or fold-up pushchair. A wheelchair + walking frame is stored in the lock up storage for any clients who may have a disability. A hairdryer, straighteners, DVDs, PS3 games, family games, adults & children's books are all available for your use, as well as Internet Access. Beach towels + sun umbrellas are provided for you to take to the gated pool area, the beach or for just lazing in the private garden. We also have our own umbrella stand by the pool .Mosquito Plug-Ins are provided for the Living Area + Bedrooms. Mosquito Candles are provided for outside eating. A very comprehensive information book is provided for your guidance, together with local maps, magazines, Train & Giro timetables and any other blurb we find to give you enough information to help you enjoy your holiday. We kindly ask that smokers do not smoke inside the apartment. For clients who book between November 15 - March 01, we supply a starter basket of wood for the woodburner and electric blankets are provided for the beds.
The accommodation is all on one level so suitable for wheelchairs, but please note that a wheelchair would not fit inside the bathroom. A standard wheelchair and walking frame are in the exterior lock up storage for clients with disabilities.
For families with small children, please note that the pool area is hedged and gated for safety. The Condominium is very child friendly.
There is a screen provided for the Dressing Room which has a sofa, wardrobe and fan. This sofa is mattressed so can also be used as an extra bed.
The private hedged-in garden with colourful oleandro bushes, as well as other flowers and plant pots is ideal for relaxing, morning breakfast and lunch, as well as barbeque evenings.
As well as having a private parking space allocated to the apartment, there is a communal parking area for extra parking.
Owner Paul is a PGA Qualified Teaching Professional. Golf lessons (on the Driving Range or on the Golf Course) or Golf Clinics can be arranged for beginners or advanced clients in Portuguese, German or in English.
We can arrange airport transfers for you with a fully licenced driver who speaks fluent English. We can also arrange car hire with a company who provide all inclusive prices (no hidden extras) - car hire is not essential but useful if you want to explore for a few days during your stay. What we advise is that, if you do want to explore some of the nice scenery and un spoilt beaches, then take a care for 3-5 days and relax for the initial and ultimate part of your holiday.
