Build around 1910 it has 4 (upstairs) bedrooms to accommodate 6 till 8 people.
The kitchen is centrally located in the house with a gas stove, electrical oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and water boiler.
The living room has a gas fireplace with remote control, a work space and 'relax' corner.
In the back of the house a playroom with video and play console. You can view the garden from here.
Luxurious bathroom with big (2-person) bathtub, separate shower, toilet and urinoir.
Big room with washing machine, dryer and ironing-table.
The garden has a (wooden) playhouse, trampoline (4m20, in the ground), climbing/gliding/swing combination and garden furniture to hold 8 - 10 persons.
The garden is completely fenced so perfectly safe to let your children run around in.
Some additional information: A fold able bed (2m00) is available.
Pets are allowed in consult with us and cost � 5,- per pet per day.
