This apartment, which we call Pink, is perfectly located in this most wonderful of bays, so while sitting or having lunch or an evening drink or barbeque on the terrace, you are entertained by one of the most beautiful seaviews in this part of St. Julians. As this is a ground-floor apartment, on street level, it will allow people with limited or difficulty mobility to easily manoeuvre around the apartment and into the terrace.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms - the main bedroom also comes with its own ensuite bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink; the spare bedroom has 3 single beds. There is also a separate main bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
The terrace is the major selling point of this apartment, and with the lounge and kitchen areas being located just alongside the open terrace, you get to enjoy the views almost constantly, whether it's while watching TV, or entertaining yourselves, or even cooking away in the kitchen, the views of the blue sea are just metres away. The lounge area also has 2 large sofabeds which can each sleep 2 persons. For this reason the apartment can easily sleep 9 people.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. A small dining table with seating for 4 completes the kitchen area. The lounge is also equipped with LCD TV, cable TV reception and internet wifi.
The terrace area, which measures approximately 20 sq. metres, has outside seating facilities with the beach just below you. As the apartment is south facing, you will receive sunshine for most of the day during late autumn and winter time when the sun is at its lowest, making this place ideal for a winter retreat. The terrace is also equipped with a gas barbeque for your enjoyment and entertainment. The apartment is also fully air conditioned, with one air conditioner each in the bedrooms, and another in the lounge/kitchen area.
