Apartments R376/R375 which are in a small block of apartments located facing the seafront and just a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach of mellieha. Access via a Common entrance, with use of lift or stairs to the 3rd floor. The apartment has a combined living kitchen and dining area which leads directly on to a relativelly large terrace equipped with a dining table and chairs . The kitchen is equipped with the basics for your self catering stay with utensils, pots and pans, cooker hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and kettle. There are 2 bathrooms , one with a bath and the other with a shower. The bedrooms are 1 double master bedroom and a twin bedroom offering accommodation for up to 4 to 5 persons comfortably. The 5th person is to use the sofa as a bed. The apartment rents all year round subject to availability and owner acceptance discretion on booking. Its a great place to stay for your holidays on malta being so close to the beach and the seaside. The best part of the season is betwween April and October with its peak time in July and August. The winter months are also enjoyable due to our mild climate and can experience some fantastic weather in this time of the year too. Accross the road you have a lovelly seaside restaurant to enjoy as well as a supermarket for your daily needs. A bus stop is just a 2 minute walk towards the beach should you with to venture towards the center of mellieha or other towns an villages like the nearby st pauls bay area, st julians or Valletta or even to Gozo. The Gozo channel car aand passenger ferry is nearby and can easilly hop on to a bus to the ferry in about 5 to 10 minutes, to go spend a day on Gozo or Comino Island which is host to the crystal clear Blue Lagoon.
