Much care has been taken to preserve its character, comfort and maintaining its original features was a priority when it was restored. Furnished with a blend of old , new and luxury furnishing , this property is truly a holiday home away from home with a touch of class. The property is situated in a small Gozitan village close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Maltese island . Entrance is via a common alley separating 2 other similar houses . The ground floor is relatively open plan and leads to the pool deck from the living area. There is a little drive-in however parking is usually on the street on a 1st come first serve basis and usually always is a place to park your car nearby the house. The Swimming Pool on the backside of the property is equipped with deckchairs ,an parasol for shading out the sun if required. The kitchen is equipped for self catering purposes with appliances and utensils required for cooking yourselves. There are 2 lovely bedrooms (one is double and the other is twin) one with country views. Both bedrooms are with bathroom/ Shower en suite. 2 extra Folding beds to accommodate up to 6 persons are available and can be arranged in iether of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor Available for rentals all year round.
