It is surrounded by spectacular country views, having access to bars, restaurants and food supermarkets within a 5 minute car drive.
This property was used as a family home by the parents of the current owner. The ground floor used to be occupied by the animals and their mill, while the family used to live upstairs. Having a number of memories attributed to it, this property was extremely close to the owners' hearts, and so they decided to tastefully convert the house to cater for the modern comforts of the 21st century including the introduction of a swimming pool and a deck area, while making every effort to preserve the original features of the house and using local materials in an innovative and authentic way. Having a license from the Malta Tourism Authority, the couple started renting this property and they continued improving their property based on the feedback they received from their guests. Their main aim is to provide their guests with an enjoyable and relaxing stay in the comfort of their farmhouse.
The farmhouse is able to accommodate 6 persons, however 2 folding beds can be added if need be, raising the capacity to 8 persons.
Ground floor has a twin bedroom with ensuite shower, wc, washbasin. Small lobby with seating, separate shower, wc and washbasin for the ground floor twin. Large combined kitchen, dining sitting room. Kitchen has built in hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and T.V. with door leading to private pool and terrace equipped with Bbq. Outside pool shower and toilet are also available.
First floor has another twin bedroom with ensuite shower/wc.wb and a large master bedroom with double four poster bed and large comfortable sitting area. This has an ensuite bath/wc/wb and a door to terrace overlooking the pool.
Although the property does not have a garage, there is ample street parking available. Being a family-run business, the owners are very flexible with their guests, and they try to accommodate every wish of their clients. Therefore, should you have any queries please do contact them.
