At ground floor, besides the entrance, there is a spacious kitchen, a 16 place dining room and a large living-room with a spectacular fireplace.
From the entrance, old stairs lead to the first floor where three en-suite bedrooms and a supplementary bedroom with bunk beds are located. Another stairway will lead our guests to the mansard roof level where two more bedrooms with private bathrooms are situated, as well as a wide lounge with a billiard table and a king size sofa bed.
At the entrance level, in communication with the garden and the swimming pool, guests will find access to the fitness room with gym equipment, a 4 place sauna and a maxi jacuzzi (7 places), as well as a toilet, a shower and a useful laundry (with washing machine, iron and ironing-board).
Villa Le Panche is located in a green valley in Northern Tuscany, near the town of Pistoia, thus in a central position between Florence (40 minutes by car) and the Riviera of Versilia. It is also conveniently positioned with respect to the Abetone area's ski resorts and to the international airports of Pisa, Florence and Bologna.
