From the villa there are lovely views across the valley below up to the ancient town of Lucignano renowned for its medieval town plan which is amongst the most interesting in Southern Tuscany. There is a large garden around the house shaded by tall trees and olives to one side of which is an oak wood with shady pathways meandering through it. At one side of the garden a 6x12m pool (depth 1,50m) with outdoor furniture, barbecue and umbrellas, and a five a side and volleyball field and two bikes.
The house adapting to land morphology is set on several levels. Gound floor: with entrance through the porch equipped with sofas, wide living room with sofas and stereo system, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, room with table tennis, table-football and other games . First floor: large porch equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen, sitting-dining room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms one of which with panoramic terrace, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower. Second floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
