Set on the slopes of the Pratomagno high mountains rising from the Arno valley, the house is surrounded by terraces of olive groves leading down to the road of the Seven Bridges built on the remains of an old Etruscan road. Close by the house on a natural terrace surrounded by olive groves and oak woods there is a children�s play area. In a sunny spot with lovely views there is a 10x4 meter swimming pool (depth mt. 1,40) equipped with loungers, tables and umbrellas. An old hay barn close by has been turned into a reading room with a small shop where local products are sold to guests only. There is a laundry room with iron. In front of the house there is a pretty wooden gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals. Satellite television. The villa is endowed with solar panels which make it independent from traditional energy resources making the most of its ecological value. The house could be suitable for big party rentals (up to 20 persons) considering that a few meters far there is the house CA' DI VESTRO belonging to the same owner.
