The villas are a two family new built (expired in May 2012),it is furnished with wooden furniture and style and is located in the hills and nearly a mile from the sea. Located in a very peaceful and nice place nearly a mile from the village of San Nicola l'Arena, sandy beaches of Trabia , rocky beaches of Altavilla such Lido Sporting, Shed or Norman Tower and a wide range of free beaches or bathing and animation.it is the ideal residence for families with children, couples , friends and people of all ages who want a cultural and nice holiday but relaxing and funny. Do not miss all the comforts for a pleasant and enjoyable vacation: Sicilian specialty restaurants, nightclubs (Castello di San Nicola), entertainment, bars, cinemas, pizzerias, shops and malls and even fresh fish.Every house has private parking and pool and everything you need for your grill, barbecue. Bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment: plates, utensils, glasses are included in the price of accommodation.Every accommodation house has a ground floor with large living room and bathroom with shower, two verandas where else in one of the outdoor kitchen overlooking the brick patio, inside there is the English-style staircase that leads upstairs where there is another bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and a room with wooden floor with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom opens onto a lovely terrace with a spectacular view as are the other views that surround to the property (mountains, grasslands, horse riding, sea) in a mix of colors and scents. A stone's throw from the stables, a fast ride from the restaurant and 5 minutes from the sea.
