Ideal setting for relaxing the Residence is surrounded by a large olive grove of 20.000 sqm and it is especially dedicated to lovers of water sports.
Fully harmonized in the environment of the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano is characterized by tranquility and care: it has been designed and created with the aim of environmental sustainability, using alternative and renewable energy, according to the most advanced technologies for energy savings thanks to a modern photovoltaic system.
COTTAGES
We have six wonderful two storey cottages suitable for families or couples, completely equipped that can accommodate up to 4 people.
They have ceilings with exposed wooden beams that create a warm, cosy atmosphere in the rooms. The spacious living-kitchen area on the ground floor has a modern décor and large French windows leading onto a terrace, which makes the room particularly bright. The first floor has a bedroom with double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a balcony with lake view.
Each cottage is equipped with: air conditioning, satellite TV, microwave oven, induction cooker, kettle, cookware and tableware; it can accommodate up to four people. Guests will enjoy the large garden with several areas for recreation and relaxing.
Cottages are in an upper and panoramic position, you can reach them on foot or by golf carts from private parking at about 150 meters. Shared barbecue available, large parking, and a children's playground swing.

VILLA ORTENSIA:
A new villa on three levels with 4 bedrooms, studio with sleeping possibility with a private garden, an open space with a panoramic living room and kitchen, a sun terrace and a long portico to enjoy the view of the Lake and Mount Baldo in front. It can sleep up to 12 people. The middle floor consists of a large, panoramic living room with wooden beam room with a sofa facing the fireplace, stereo and satellite plasma TV Lcd, windows overlooking the lake with open kitchen, stainless steel cooking bench and a large extendable table, overlooking the porch. On the same floor twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, study with two beds and a bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine. On the first floor the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. On the ground floor two double bedrooms which open onto a large terrace and a bathroom with shower. Private garden with sun terrace, shared barbecue available in the park, large parking, and a children's playground swing.
Five apartments of different size from 35 sqm to 110 sqm that can host from 2 up to 8 people:
- APARTMENT LIMONE: 110 sqm, sleeps up to 8 people and it is by an independent entrance, a bright living room with kitchen, fireplace and balcony, three bedrooms (two double rooms and one with bunk beds) and two bathrooms. In the living room the couch can become a French bed and the armchair can become a single bed.
- APARTMENT MIMOSA & MELANGOLO: two pretty identical two–room apartments, each of fifty-five square meter that sleep up to 4 people each. They are composed of a living-room with kitchenette, French sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
- APARTMENT BOUGANVILLE & GLICINE: they are two nice identical studios, each of forty square meters. They can sleep up to 3 people each. Each apartment is composed of a living-room with kitchnette, single sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
FOR ALL OUR ACCOMODATION: reception, Wi-fi and services at the Club House of the boatyard Feltrinelli which is located by the lake at 250 meters from the cottages. By boatyard Feltrinelli our guests can take advantage of a boat rental service or if you have your own boat we offer a service of dry storage in our private berth, assistance and repairs.
Exclusive prestigious fleet of boats available for daily, weekly or seasonal basis rental. We currently have three models Frauscher: Frauscher 909 Benaco, Frauscher 686 Lido e Frauscher 606 Riviera.
