The property is south facing and gets the sun all year round, yet in the summer the thick walls keep it lovely and cool after a day in the sun. On the ground floor is the kitchen/dining-room with beautiful vaulted ceiling. A bedroom with 3 beds and a bathroom with shower is on the second floor. On the third floor is the master bedroom with stunning views. On the top floor is the bright, sunny living room where the views get even better! One can gaze out at night and see the village of Castelvittorio seemingly suspended in the air. The living room has a large comfortable sofa which turns into a double bed. It has a cathedral ceiling and french doors leading onto two small balconies. The house is very quaint but has all the mod cons for your comfort. The property has rare vehicle access close to the front door for unloading and there is parking 100 m away. We have central heating making the house lovely and cosy for those winter nights.
