It is a lovely simple accommodation, with nice furnitures. Very cosy for a special holiday.
La Vecchia Legnaia is a very small one-roomed house, with two windows. Bathroom with shower and window. Fully furnished. Extra toilet with shower from outdoor.
Location very quiet.
Outdoor space with table and comfortable chairs, trees and flowers. It is situated in a quiet area at the end of a 200m long blind road.
It is very close to beaches: 400 metres only; and to pubs and restaurants: from just 300 metres.
Train station and bus stop at 5 minutes walking.
Free safe parking next to the house or at about 50 metres in the same private blind street.
All possible comforts in a simple way
Books and magazines available as well as music and movies!
I ma not sure if Wi-fi reaches the property, please ask if needed. I will find a way to provide it for 2011.
In 2011 there will be also some new furniture and a totally renewed bathroom.
Large space with tables and comfortable chairs, with umbrella. There is also a nice bench.
Very Sunny as well as well shaded by orange and pomegranate trees.
Available dartboard and table tennis!
Please note that owners live next the house (same large property), they may (rarely) pass to take tools in backyard canteen or to water plants. Partition is provided.
