A large swimming pool (120 sqm) is at the center of this garden to make fresh our days when Rome is hot, and on this overlook the guest house for rent, the villa and, further, the study of the owner, an architect of Rome who lives here with older children. The accommodation has its own entrance and is completely self-contained and equipped with a terrace, pergola and garden, plus two parking spaces. E 'consists of a large living room, with dining table and sofa (convertible into two single beds), a full kitchen with snack table and veranda, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. And 'provided fully equipped (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron etc) and equipped with linen for the beds, bathroom, kitchen and swimming pool.
