Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and enjoy the panoramic view. Quiet and peaceful, yet only twenty minutes from the island's capital, Vathy. The villas, one blue ? one pink, are located just four minutes? walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the town Agia Paraskevi. If you want to explore the island or go shopping a car is recommended. Each villa has one family bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds and a double bed in the master bedroom. In the lounge there?s an extra double sofa bed (two separate mattresses) and there?s a cot available for small children. Linen and towels are provided for six guests. The villas are air conditioned and have TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave and laundry. The dining room is furnished for six. Around the villa there are a balcony and terrace, a private pool (unheated) and a parking space. Furthermore you will find a toaster, an iron and a hair dryer.
