It is part of a 2 house complex and situated on a 4000 sq.m. plot of land. The house accomodates 4-6 guests in an area of 120 sq.m. plus 80 sq.m. of basement. It was designed by ss.mm design and construction completed in 2009. It consists of 2 levels plus basement with an internal atrium around which the main living spaces are organized. The ground floor is surrounded by large terraces towards the sea view and a private pool is scheduled to be built in the near future.
The house consists of a central living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor level. The second level, covered with hardwood floors, is open-plan designed and can be used as the kids' room or a second master bedroom. Another bathroom is located upstairs, en suite to the main space, which is surrounded by large terraces with extraordinary view to the Aegean sea.
At the basement, there is a large playroom that can be used as guest space and another bathroom. There is also a laundry room and plenty of storage space.
All bedrooms have spacious, wood-lacquered closets with sliding doors and all bathrooms provide shower or tub facilities.
The dwelling has central heating and is also fully air-conditioned.
