The living area, study and 3 of the bedrooms all have views of the sea and are orientated in a south / south-east direction. Access to the beach is by a few steps and private gate. A swimming pool and a small pool house (renovated old house) stand on a hill facing the north side of the cape on which the house is built. The view is breathtaking. The property (close to 100.000 sq m) has a variety of plants and trees.
