Decorated throughout in caramel, smoky grey and gleaming with dark wood, glass, silver and glossy finishes, this sophisticated home is beautifully presented and very comfortable.
The sociable living room with cast iron decorative fireplace and tall sash windows, has a large corner sofa to seat 6, a wide armchair (also a single sofa-bed), a further seat and wall mounted TV with DVD. The glamorous dining area has a large table for 8, a sideboard with sparkling mirror and lamps and two further alcove cupboards. The large, contemporary fitted kitchen has glossy white units and central island (with 2 comfy bar chairs) topped with caramel coloured stone. Floor to ceiling bi-fold doors let light stream in and lead out to an enclosed courtyard with decorative black iron table and chairs to seat 8. Steps lead up to a sun terrace and steep sloping garden.
The airy and well equipped kitchen has a 5 ring hob, 2 ovens, microwave, wine cooler, small fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer combined, along with plenty of storage.
On the second floor, the Master bedroom has a pair of elegantly draped sash windows overlooking church spires and large bath stone homes with their long planted gardens. A matching pair of smart black easy chairs enable you to peruse the view at your leisure. This spacious room also has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers with a small TV and two 3' beds (which zip and link to become a 6' double). The contemporary ensuite has a fully tiled shower, WC and small hand basin.
This floor also has a large glamorous black and taupe bathroom, with a large bath (with rainfall and handset shower over), double hand basin with storage under and further storage in an alcove cupboard beside an original fireplace.
