The vacation rental house is situated in a small village Privlaka, just 20 km west of the Zadar city and only 4 km away the historical Croatian town Nin.
Privlaka is a scenic tourist spot and fishing town, located on a big, flat peninsula from 3 sided surrounding the crystal sand and marvelous beaches. The property is 300 years old and newly refurbished by the house owners. The main structure of the property is nature stone giving freshness and complete peace of mind. Staying here will certainly give you a good experience in your holiday with beautiful surroundings and the culture of Dalmatian coast.
Downstairs, there is a large kitchen with a dining table and a terrace with barbecue, bathroom and living area with small couch and satellite TV. On the first floor, you can find 2 bedrooms with maximum capacity of five persons and a large terrace overlooking the sea for morning coffees and relaxing sunsets. There is a garden as well where you can find seasonal vegetables.
